    I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 48 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit, if I reschedule more than once ,a new deposit will be required. No refunds will be given on deposits if you cancel or do not show up for your appointment. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may change from the quote I was given.

    Pricing Information:
    -My minimum is $350 (2 hour tattoo session)
    -Full Day(6 hours of tattooing) and Half Day( 4 hours of tattooing) sessions available
    -Current hourly rate is $175
    -I will do my best to provide a set price, be aware that it will only be an estimate, my rates are hourly and not by the piece. My main focus is to give you the best tattoo possible and for that reason I will not rush through your tattoo, it will take as much time as needed to complete your tattoo project,quality over quantity.
    -A second session, two months after your tattoo has completely healed is strongly recommended, this final session will be at $100 rate, only the actual tattooing time will be charged.

    Small tattoos:
    Small to medium size tattoos will be $175-$350 for designs that will take around 1-2 hours.

    Deposit:
    A $100 deposit is required before appointment is scheduled. No deposit No appointment, deposit shows your'e serious about scheduling. Deposit payment information will be provided if your tattoo project is accepted.

    Start time:
    Ideal start time in Long Beach is 12:30 PM, I can start as late as 6 PM if needed, the best start time will be decided based on the tattoo idea/design. Moreno Valley appointments can start earlier, we can discuss best time when scheduling.
